Tolleson Union High School is the oldest high school in the Tolleson Union High School District. The new Performing Arts Center is a part of a master plan to upgrade the campus.

Features:

  • 45,000 Square Feet.

  • A 700 seat theater which includes a balcony, learning stair for performances, lobby, pre-function area, catering kitchen, stage with automatic rigging and stage craft.

  • Attached to the theater is Dance, Drama/Black-box, dressing rooms and restrooms.

  • A two-story Fine Arts classroom building which houses Band, Choir, Orchestra, Mariachi and Piano.

  • The new and improved Wolver Den.

 

The Center is adjacent to Old Main, the original building constructed in 1927. The architecture is a modern interpretation of Greek Revival. The theater to the classrooms is a transition from civic space to an educational environment.
