Tolleson Union High School is the oldest high school in the Tolleson Union High School District. The new Performing Arts Center is a part of a master plan to upgrade the campus.
45,000 Square Feet.
A 700 seat theater which includes a balcony, learning stair for performances, lobby, pre-function area, catering kitchen, stage with automatic rigging and stage craft.
Attached to the theater is Dance, Drama/Black-box, dressing rooms and restrooms.
A two-story Fine Arts classroom building which houses Band, Choir, Orchestra, Mariachi and Piano.
The new and improved Wolver Den.
The Center is adjacent to Old Main, the original building constructed in 1927. The architecture is a modern interpretation of Greek Revival. The theater to the classrooms is a transition from civic space to an educational environment.
