Intermediate Interior Designer


ADM Group is seeking a qualified Interior designer with a passion for all phases of the design process, for educational, commercial, light industrial and municipal projects. Potential candidates should have 3- 5 years’ experience in similar projects and strong computer aptitude and technical skills including an in-depth knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. As a member of our design team, you will be working with our senior interior designers to produce construction documents, detail design elements, create renderings and collaborate with other team members.

Our clients mandate very short timeframes for production, therefore candidates must be able to succeed in a fast-paced office environment and manage details for multiple projects simultaneously. This position has overall responsibility for the design, quality and client satisfaction of commercial projects in education, municipal and corporate markets.

Qualifications

Degree from a CIDA accredited Interior Design program is preferred

3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in design, with a focus on commercial interiors projects

High level of proficiency in Revit required

Proficient in AutoCAD, PhotoShop, SketchUp, Enscape or Lumion

Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas

Strong communication skills

Ability to work in a collaborative environment

LEED Accreditation and NCIDQ certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Participate on projects that include conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.

Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), color palettes, millwork and lighting.

Generate finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.

Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts.

Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.

Engage in marketing and business development efforts.

Project Manager/Project Architect


ADM Group is seeking a qualified Project Manager / Project Architect with a passion for all phases of the design process, for educational, commercial, light industrial and municipal projects. Potential candidates should have 8- 10 years’ experience in similar architectural projects and strong computer aptitude and technical skills including an in-depth knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.

Our clients mandate very short timeframes for production, therefore candidates must be able to succeed in a fast-paced office environment and manage details for multiple projects simultaneously. This position has overall responsibility for the design, quality and client satisfaction of commercial projects in education, municipal and corporate markets.

Qualifications

Professional degree (Master or Bachelor) in Architecture

8-10 years architectural PM experience

Architectural Registration in AZ preferred, but not required.

Demonstrated leadership with project teams, including training other employees

Experience with the full project lifecycle, through post-occupancy

Knowledge of building codes, standards and structures

Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on past projects

Ability to handle difficult situations with tact

Adept at maintaining existing client relationships and building new ones

Good communication and management skills

Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD

Experience with project management software, such as MS Project, a plus

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of architectural projects, including project set-up, design and construction

Develop manage and maintain client relationships

Create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and requirements

Manage scheduling, budgets and set-up with clients, contractors, vendors and consultants

Prepare project proposals, negotiate contracts and fees and coordinate bidding process

Track financial performance of project

Ensure projects conform to contract

Commercial Architectural Drafter REVIT/AutoCad Qualifications

BIM/CAD Technician with a passion for and thorough understanding of the design/drafting process to contribute to the preparation of documents for educational, commercial, light industrial and municipal projects. Potential candidates should have 3-5 years’ experience in drafting and strong computer aptitude and technical skills including an in-depth knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. Previous project work experience in design through construction is desirable.

Mandatory Software Requirements

High level of proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD

Knowledge of Adobe Suite, MS Office
