  • Project Manager/Project Architect
    ADM Group Inc. is an architecture and interior design firm located in Tempe, Arizona. Our goal is to provide architectural, interior design and project management services which exceed our customer’s expectations. We are celebrating 30 years of excellence in the Education (K-12), Municipal, Aviation, and Corporate markets. We are a hardworking, fun-loving group of professionals who come to work every day with one objective: to bring our client’s vision to life. Position: Registered Project Architect and Project Leader This position will be responsible for working closely with a firm principal to oversee projects from project acquirement phase through construction administration primarily in the market sector of aviation, commercial, and industrial. This leader will oversee projects through City entitlement processes, production of schematic design, design development, and complete construction documents, specifications, developing project design details, coordination with consultants, and construction administration as applicable. This leader will manage a team of 3-4 individuals and should have experience with management of a team and quality control of documents. Work will be primarily coordinated via a design contractor or under a project developer. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership in coordinating execution of design intent into the construction documentation, specifications, and throughout construction administration. Generate preliminary site plans from criteria provided by the Owner that respond to the topography, survey and legal description, and local jurisdiction development standards. Coordinate with outside consultants including but not limited to, building departments, fire department, engineers, and surveyors. Manage project timelines, schedules, resources and project budget. Resolve complex technical/design issues and provide guidance to team and consultants. Participate in and lead team discussions on technical and other project related issues. Oversee and ensure accuracy of technical documents. Run meetings and document minutes. Qualifications: We are looking for an individual that has specific experience with Commercial Office, Commercial Warehouse or Aviation projects. Our clients mandate very short timeframes for production, therefore candidates must be able to succeed in a fast-paced office environment and manage details for multiple projects simultaneously. Architectural Registration in AZ required. LEED accreditation a plus. 8-10 years’ experience in architectural practice. Demonstrated leadership and experience with project teams. Experienced in client interaction. Demonstrated experience in construction document preparation, bid review, construction administration and field observation. Must have strong AutoCAD skills, REVIT experience preferred. Experience with SketchUp, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.   • Intermediate/Senior Interior Designer
    ADM Group is seeking a qualified Interior Designer for educational, commercial, light industrial and municipal projects, with a passion for all phases of the design process. Potential candidates should have 5 to 8+ years’ experience in similar projects and strong computer aptitude and technical skills including an in-depth knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. As a member of our design team, you will be collaborating with other team members to produce construction documents, detail design elements, specify finishes, create renderings, etc. Our clients mandate very short timeframes for production, therefore candidates must be able to succeed in a fast-paced office environment and manage details for multiple projects simultaneously. This position has overall responsibility for the design, quality and client satisfaction of commercial projects in education, municipal and corporate markets. Qualifications Degree from a CIDA accredited Interior Design program is preferred 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in design, with a focus on commercial interiors projects High level of proficiency in Revit required High level of proficiency in AutoCAD required Proficiency in PhotoShop, SketchUp, Enscape 3D or Lumion preferred Graphics and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas Strong communication skills Ability to work in a collaborative environment LEED Accreditation and NCIDQ certification is a plus Key Responsibilities Participate on projects that include conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. Provide design support and documentation during development and execution of design concepts. Participate in the selection and presentation of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), color palettes, millwork and lighting. Generate, construction drawings and specifications, needed for construction. Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators. Review contractor submittals to ensure design goals are met.
