  • Staff Accountant Controller
    ADM Group Inc. is an architecture and interior design firm located in Tempe, Arizona. Our goal is to provide architectural, interior design and project management services which exceed our customers’ expectations. We are celebrating 30 years of excellence in the Education (K-12), Municipal and Corporate markets. We are a hardworking, fun-loving group of professionals who come to work every day with one objective: to bring our client’s vision to life. Seeking a Staff Accountant Controller to manage the daily financial operations. This position will oversee all the accounting needs for the company and is responsible for making sure the Accounting Department runs smoothly. We are looking for a strategic problem-solver that will assist in the company’s development and growth. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all financial activities. Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques. Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position. Monitor all banking activities; arrange financing, insurance, and other financial administration. Oversee cash management including monitoring cash balances and preparing cash flow forecast. Manage tax compliance for federal and state taxes, including payroll and income taxes. Create budgets with ownership and manage budgets to ensure fiscal health and responsibility. Work and assist with other projects as assigned by Company Management. Oversee ESOP Audit and Valuation. Qualifications: · Degree in Accounting, Finance or related · 2-7 years of experience · Experience in a services business involving professionals is a plus · Must have hands-on experience with Billings, A/R, A/P, Excel and QuickBooks Benefits and Perks We offer competitive salaries and a benefit package which includes medical, dental, life insurance, retirement plan, paid holidays, and time off.   • Project Architect
    ADM Group Inc. is an architecture and interior design firm located in Tempe, Arizona. Our goal is to provide architectural, interior design and project management services which exceed our customers’ expectations. We are celebrating over 30 years of excellence in the Education (K-12), Municipal and Corporate markets. We are a hardworking, fun-loving group of professionals who come to work every day with one objective: to bring our client’s vision to life. Project Architect This position will be responsible for producing complete construction documents, developing project design details, and coordination with consultants. Project Architect Responsibilities Provide leadership in coordinating execution of design intent into the construction documentation, specifications, and throughout construction administration. Generate preliminary site plans from criteria provided by the Owner that respond to the topography, survey and legal description, and local jurisdiction development standards. Coordinate with outside consultants including but not limited to, building departments, fire department, engineers, and surveyors. Manage project timelines, schedules, resources and project budget. Resolve complex technical/design issues and provide guidance to team and consultants. Participate in and lead team discussions on technical and other project related issues. Prepare and ensure accuracy of technical documents. Project Architect Qualifications We are looking for an individual that has specific experience with Commercial Office, Retail, and Education projects. Our clients mandate very short timeframes for production, therefore candidates must be able to succeed in a fast-paced office environment and manage details for multiple projects simultaneously. Architectural Registration in AZ required. LEED accreditation a plus. 8-10 years’ experience in architectural practice. Demonstrated leadership and experience with project teams. Experienced in client interaction. Demonstrated experience in construction document preparation, bid review, construction administration and field observation. Must have strong AutoCAD skills, REVIT experience preferred. Experience with SketchUp, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.   • Architectural Technician / Job Captain
    Join ADM Group as an Architectural Technician/Job Captain and be part of a vibrant team that thrives on innovation and collaboration. This role involves producing high-quality project deliverables across all project phases, including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Architect in developing project documents for bidding and construction. Provide input on design and construction schedules, communicating technical implications of design decisions. Organize and lead architectural and engineering teams to ensure timely and coordinated project execution. Support various tasks essential for the successful completion of projects. Prepare and review project construction documents. Coordinate and communicate with consultants, contractors, and team members to ensure document accuracy and compliance. Review shop drawings, project submittals, and document code compliance. Collaborate with management, clients, consultants, and contractors on daily business operations. Engage in other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education: AAS in Drafting Technology preferred; an Architectural degree is a plus. Experience: 4-8 years of professional experience preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Revit is a must. Experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus. Industry Experience: Preferably in Educational, Corporate, Aviation, or Light Industrial sectors. Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management, external clients, and vendors.
