Bellair Middle School Modernizations

Deer Valley Unified School District

70,000 Square feet

Deer Valley Unified School District is working towards a modern campus with modern solutions.  In a five concept model, Bellair Elementary School will be modernized so as to meet standards of conservation, way-finding, safety, security, and learning environment.  Built between 1982 and 2008, the school consists of 10 buildings, together spanning 69,987 square feet. Through a process consisting of multiple phases, renovations will occur in all of the buildings during which the campus will be occupied and active.  There will also be some general site improvements during the renovations.
