ADM Group provided architectural and interior design services for the new Maricopa Wells Middle School located at Honeycutt Avenue and Hogenes Boulevard in the City of Maricopa, Arizona. The Maricopa Wells Middle School includes grade levels 7 through 9 and is comprised of five buildings totaling 84,044 square feet. The school includes an Administration / Media Center building, 42 classrooms and a multi-purpose facility for dining and school events. Classroom facilities include computer rooms, a Science and Art room, Board / Chair room, Dance instruction and Life Skills classrooms. The school site is planned to accommodate future gymnasium and an additional 12 classrooms as well as football and baseball fields.
