ADM Group was selected by Union Elementary School District No. 62 to design its first major elementary school in the past 20 years. The 76,000 square foot pod-style K-6 elementary school is located on an 18-acre site at 91st Avenue, south of Buckeye Road. The school includes 34 general classrooms, 3 Special Education and Kindergarten classrooms, Music, Art, a multi-purpose room, Media Center and administrative offices. Hurley Ranch Elementary School was constructed utilizing the Construction Manager At Risk process, a first for the District, and was funded by the State of Arizona School Facilities Board.
