The City of Maricopa Fire District is adding a total of five new fire stations over the next several years. Fire Station No. 574 which was the first of three, three-bay stations is located within the City of Maricopa, along Alterra Parkway. The project consists of apparatus bays, dormitory, offices, kitchen and dining area, day room, exercise room, laundry and utility rooms. The project also included site development and landscaping.
