The ADM Group provided architectural design services for the Hayden Ferry Lakeside Phase Two which consisted of an eight-story parking garage to accommodate approximately 3,000 vehicles and a three-story retail building totaling approximately 800,000 square feet. Its series of vertical sails and columns express a rhythmic architecture echoing the curve of the adjacent Rio Salado Parkway and the nautical sensibilities of the nearby Town Lake marina area.
