ADM Group provided master planning, programming, architectural and interior design, and construction administration for the new K-8 school campus. The 90,000 square foot school includes 36 general classrooms; 3 special education classrooms; 2 resource classrooms; Science, Music and Art classrooms; Computer Lab; Media Center; multi-purpose/cafeteria; stage and administration offices. Country Place Elementary School was constructed utilizing the Construction Manager At Risk process and was funded by the State of Arizona School Facilities Board.
