ADM Group recently completed the design for the District's ninth K-8 school on the Centerra site located at Centerra Drive and 152nd Drive in Avondale, Arizona. The K-8 campus style design includes an administration office building with media center, multi-purpose building, and six general classroom pods containing 47 classrooms which include special education. The campus is designed to accommodate 850 students and contains a total of 79,000 square feet. The $8,000,000 campus was built on a 10-acre site. The Construction Manager At Risk method was utilized for construction.
