ADM Group provided architectural, engineering and construction administration services for the District’s fourth high school. The $34,000,000 campus consists of approximately eighty (80) new classrooms, including Science, Fine Arts, Business, Math, Special Education, and Culinary Arts, as well as a state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center, gymnasium, weight room, wrestling, football, baseball and soccer facilities. The campus design is patterned after more traditional school buildings utilizing columns, cornices, and a combination of masonry and stucco finishes. This project is the second high school site for the District utilizing the Construction Manager At Risk method of procurement for construction services.

Performing Arts Center

The ADM Group provided architectural design services for a new 21,000 square foot, $4,000,000 fine arts center with adjoining stage craft area, make-up/dressing rooms, and restrooms. The new Performing Arts Center is the latest addition to the 225,000 square foot campus and is located adjacent to the gymnasium. Auditorium features include seating for approximately 680 people, adjustable acoustical treatments that allow for both vocal and instrumental performances, an orchestra pit, state-of-the-art sound equipment, stage rigging and theatrical lighting.
