ADM Group, Inc. relocated it's corporate office to Tempe, Arizona, in the winter of December 2006. Our firm designed the 10,468 square foot building to accommodate our functional needs yet architecturally relay our design style. Building materials include masonry walls with EIFS accents, standing seam metal roofing, store front windows and walls, and elements incorporating a contemporary yet timeless façade. The facility consists of administrative offices, design studio, conference rooms, design library, lounge, break room, and ancillary support spaces. ADM Group is committed to incorporating sustainable design materials, elements, and optimizing systems towards utilization of renewable energy sources through daylighting and building orientation. As a result, this project is registered with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and is seeking LEED® certification.
